About returned goods
We are paying thorough precautions to the products to be handled,
If it was damaged and dirty, the initial failure of the product,
If you receive a different product from the delivery statement, only unopened or unused items will be accepted by e -mail within one week after arrival.
"Only the same product is replaced. (Because there are customers who want to change the size and color when replacing them, they are intentionally damaged and defective products)."

In that case, after confirming the return product, we will replace it at the expense of the shipping fee.
 Regarding the shipping fee of the return, if the product is different from the damage, dirt, defective product, or the product that is different from the delivery statement, we will bear the refund if the exchange product is sold out, it will be refunded. please. When the product arrives, we would like to inspect the product.

 

About refund

We will refund by transfer to various bank accounts.
(In addition, the refund method in credit card payment will be the same as the card company.) Please note that refunds in registered mail etc. cannot be handled.
We will transfer to the designated account within 3 business days after confirming the return product arrival.

 

Exchange / return due to customer's convenience

Please note that we do not accept any refunds due to customer's convenience, such as when the size of the delivered product does not match, wrong orders, and different images.
